New Berkleemusic Directory

With the official launch of Berkleemusic at Winter NAMM, and with comprehensive feedback from our user testing over the last 2 months, we have implemented feature enhancements to our site. These changes will offer even greater benefits to our member base as well as building on our current offerings. We have recently upgraded the Directory area of our site based on the feedback we received.

What Did We Change?

With feedback from you and our market partners it has become clear that to continue to scale our current directory system we will have to expand the categories and features.

In order to let Berkleemusic members find each other more easily, we have merged our previous three directories into one. You can now list yourself in three different places in one large directory. It's now easier than ever to find the right person to help you.

We have also greatly expanded our list of international locations to better service our members outside of the United States. Feedback on this aspect of the Directory is especially welcome.

What Happened to My Listing?

You're still in there! We did our best to move everyone from the old directory into categories in the new directory that fit best.

If you were in the Talent directory, you'll now find yourself listed under Performance. If you were in the Teacher directory, you will now be listed under Education. Most listings in the Service directory are now in Business.

What Should I Do?

Each category now contains many more options for you to list yourself in a more specific capacity. So we recommend that you double check your listing to be sure that it accurately reflects your services.

Go to your My Home page to edit your directory listing now.

Then you can search on the new Directory page to find your new listing.
