Technical Requirements

Web Browser

We make every effort to support as many web browsers as possible. However, you will have the best experience on the site if you use a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (PC), Safari 3 (Mac/PC) or Firefox 3 (Mac/PC). If you use AOL, we recommend version 9 or higher. Our online courses have stricter browser requirements that you can read about on the school technical requirements page.

Plug-ins

Berkleemusic requires the use of Apple's free Quicktime Player to play many rich media types such as video and .mp3 audio.

We also use Macromedia Flash and recommend that you update your player to the latest version 9 for the best experience.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for viewing .pdf documents that can be downloaded from this site.
