Is ordering online safe?

Berkleemusic takes credit card fraud very seriously. Each order is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer software. Berkleemusic is also a VeriSign secure site, for more information go to www.verisign.com.

Are there other ways to order?

Yes, you may call in your order by contacting our Customer Service staff at (617) 747-2146 or fax in your order at (617) 747-2149. Be sure to include an email contact on all fax orders so we can notify you of your order completion.

Can I buy Berklee Press products at my local bookstore?

Yes, we have a store locater built into our site. Simply select "Find a local retailer" at the bottom of the Store page. Enter your zip code and we'll find you the nearest store that sells our products.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

When you select your shipping method while placing your order, the expected delivery time frame will be shown next to each choice. Orders placed in the United States at most will take up to 6 business days to be delivered after the order has shipped. Tracking information, if any, will be included in your "Order Shipped" confirmation email.

Can I pay with a check or a money order?

Yes, you may pay with a check or money order. When placing your order, select Check/Money Order as your payment method. You will then have your order placed in a pending stage and be instructed to mail payment to us at:

Can I have an order shipped to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, when you go to the checkout section when ordering a book you may select a different shipping address from the billing address.

What do I do if a book is backordered?

You may wait until the item is made available again. Please contact service@berkleemusic.com if you would like to be notified by email when the product becomes available.

What is your return policy?

You may return any portion of your order within 30 days for a full refund not including shipping and handling. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at either service@berkleemusic.com or (617) 747-2146. We will provide you with an RA# to return to:

We will credit your account after we receive your return. Please note that all refunds will be provided in United States dollars. Berkleemusic cannot be responsible for any currency rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of the refund.

Please note that we can only accept returned items that have been purchased from our online store. We will not accept any opened DVDs unless they are deemed defective.
