Thank you for your message. In regard to the workload in our courses, each week in your course your instructor will post a new lesson. You can log on and work on the material anytime within that week. Our courses are bachelor level college courses and for each course, it should take approximately five to eight hours per week to complete the work. With each course, more or less time may be required based on a student's level of experience.
I would recommend paying close attention to these workload estimates in regard to our instrument-based courses as it can take continuous amounts of practice to learn to play an instrument. As they say "practice makes perfect".
