I have produced a cd with a pop/rock artist. the cd is out now in europe. for usa I have a contact and she asked me to do the publicity and sale of the cd. for licensing I need an agreement example with the percentage for me as producer and for her. where can I download or get in english?

If you are a member of ASCAP or BMI you should be able to contact your publishing rep there and they should be able to help you. If that fails you can always do a Google search for free contract templates and find something there.
