Hi Malcolm!
When you're enrolling for a course, you can actually select "Tuition Assistance" as a payment method (amidst credit card, check, ect). This goes for military and employer tuition assistance!
Call a Student Advisor if you need help with this. That's what we're here for! Generally, students select Tuition Assistance and send us their voucher for the course. The voucher is applied to the outstanding tuition balance and any remaining tuition would need be paid to start class. Check out this link for a step-by-step guide:
