This weeks Billboard told the Story of Napster's 10th year in Business. However, I was shocked to see a small write up on this Company that has impacted the Music Industry and that has forever changed the Industry as we know it.

I know the Industry blames much of the failed sales on Napster and other p2p site. I know that this is unfair to Napster because if one did their research, they would find that in the years of Napster Online Sales weren't included in the Sales Reports. The 5% loss that the Record Labels were talking about were being picked up by online sales.

I feel that if the Record Label are look to Blame anyone or Thing for their failed sales. Maybe the Problem stand with in? I know what your going to say how can he say that when Napster was given away free Music. Well, if we live in a world were you can sell Bottled Water and you can get water for free just about anywhere but people still pay for it. Why? Because people think it a great product, maybe the Record Labels should look at there products.

I think that Napster help the Music Industry more then it hurt it. I feel that Record Labels need to change the way they do business. The old ways of business are over and gone. They must take action instead of playing the sideline.

I ask that people don't judge my words. After all they are just that words. I ask you do your own research and question everything and everyone, let people know your alive.
