The Berklee Music Network is a social network for creative exchange and communication, collaboration, networking, and discussions. Showcase yourself to other music professionals. Meet people, get your music heard, search for new opportunities, and get inspired.

We are releasing this beta version prior to the start of our fall term so that people can explore the new features and build their Profile pages ahead of time. Your new Profile is your calling card for all of your online courses and the broader community, so start filling it out now. It only takes a few minutes to get started. If you have an existing profile page on Berkleemusic.com, you can copy over your files to the new Profile.

We have updated many other areas of Berkleemusic based on your suggestions and feedback.

The Berklee Music Network Team

Hi everyone,

I love the interface and features of the new Berklee Music Network! It feels great to finally be able to connect with other students and professors, which for me is the greatest advantage.

It also looks much friendlier and more attractive from a 'personal marketing' perspective. Here in Brazil I always share the link to my promo page with music industry connections and on my blog/social networks, so that people can check out my online learning experience and have an idea of how I can apply these learnings to my projects. As I often mention the work I've been developing through the courses, sharing the link to my Berklee promo page has been a huge help for me to gain more attention in the local market and get people interested in my work. Not surprisingly, many of these people have also become really interested in learning more about Berkleemusic, and as a true fan I'm always glad to share my experience and encourage them to go for an online course.

I'm sure the new Network will enhance our learning experience, and by increasing the popularity of the online courses, it can have an amazing impact in the music market.

This is really exciting, finally we're going to be able to really network! As Juliana said the interface feels really intuitive and user-friendly.

+1 on the status messages (twittyyy!)and the new forum, at fist glace, I'm only missing more segmentation through the interests, instruments, genres links.

Love the new interface and I am looking forward to interacting with fellow students during this and future terms(semesters).
One wish would be that the search function to find other students/members with similar interests was a little bit more comprehensive.

I like the new interface. It's unfortunate that all of the music and lyrics I uploaded to my old profile is not available in the new site, and I must reload everything!
