here's some advice for you. I work in teaching music business so maybe I can be of some help. You want to check out CSU's music curriculum and music business courses in specific. (not just look at the internship placement, since this depends on a person by person perspective). basically what I could recommend to you is perhaps a music foundation, and then sure it may be good to take some business related courses. And some specific music business courses such as legal aspects of music business or music business 101 from actually berklee. As for me I have a BA in Music and a MA in ethnomusicology, but as I said I teach music business--where as I learned the business through network, and by taking a few course wise refresher (or stregnthener classes online) and have learned international business with a focus in music business in the doctorate level. The best bet for you is to study the music business courses there, since if they are specific they sould cover the bases of business anyway. let me know if I can be of some help.
