I'm a Berklee graduate (MP&E, B.M. '92) and currently teach audio production at Emerson College. I've played drums for over 25 years and perform professionally on Cape Cod, MA. I'm available for any type of gig including general business, jazz, rock, blues, country, musical theater, or film scores. Additionally I'm an emmy nominated audio engineer who has recorded artists including Dr. John and Mick Jagger. I'm available for a full range of audio services.

Q:What kind of people or opportunities are you hoping to find on Berkleemusic?
A: In general I'm always looking for opportunities to play great music in any situation. In particular I'm hoping to find horn players interested in jazz, funk, and blues.
Q:What have been some important gigs or venues you've played?
A: I've played most of Cape Cods best venues including The Melody Tent, The Chatham Bars Inn, and The Beachcomber. I've also played all of the usual clubs from Dicks Last Resort in Boston to The Squealing Pig in Provincetown.
Some of my favorite spots include The Wicked Oyster (wellfleet MA), Liam Maguires (Falmouth, MA), Arturo's (Eastham, MA), The Squealing Pig (Provincetown, MA), The Land-Ho (orleans, MA), The Squire (Chatham, MA).

I produced a series of musical cues for Counter-Productions Production of Old Wicked Songs. The show is playing now at The Provincetown Theater. It was a complete joy recording John Thomas on the piano and the voice of Jon Arterton for this very special sound design and show.

I was fortunate to get a call to play last night with Link Montana and The Rough Riders at Brax Landing in Harwich. Playing with Bruce( Link) is great but the cherry on the cake at this gig is Joey Spampinato from NRBQ on bass. We had a great time and I hope they need a sub again soon!!!

I'm happy to be playing at Harry's Blues Bar this Friday night January 23rd. Harry's is a great venue and one of the only places on Cape Cod to book national acts.

Steve Morgan's CD "Hurricane" is now available on CDbaby.com. I play drums on all but 1 track. I've also contributed percussion parts to many of the cuts. This Cd is well recorded at Tom Tracy Music Production in Brewster, Ma and features more than a handful of great local musicians.

It's been a great summer and I'm happy to be finishing up my run @ The Provincetown Theater this week. I'm continuing to play with The Somers-Frost Band and look forward to starting some fall/winter projects.

It took 5 years but I finally sold all hard copies of "Never Don't Change". I'm debating whether to do another pressing. I'm grateful to the friends that actually purchased this CD. It means a lot to me. Thank You!

I was in Falmouth recording with John and Rachel Nicholas yesterday in their home studio. I had a great time working on three tracks written by this fantastic duo.

I had the pleasure of recording for Chris LoCascio and Melissa Weidman this weekend. We worked on two great tunes for their next CD project. Chris and Melissa are excellent musicians and great fun to be around and I had a blast with the tunes.
