Q:Tell us about your act, music style, and brief history. A:I'm a composer for film, TV, video games, commercials.. brief, whatever needs music. My style reaches from classical music to pop-rock/metal, from urban/hip-hop to electronica/techno. I enjoy writing in all different styles and found my own voice in mixing various elements out of the different genres.
Q:What have been the most memorable gig or collaboration to you? A:I got a call from Remo Broggi, founder of the cult band Messiah, asking me for orchestral arrangements and choir production for his new death metal project Mourningside; an avantgarde metal opera. It turned out to be a massive project on the highest artistic level. It was a great challange!
Q:Have you worked on a movie lately? A:Yes, I just finished the movie "Sick", a sponsored production by Emerson College. The movie is a high end project with a well writen story, excellent acting and professional visual art. The director asked for dark electro/ambient music which was a lot of fun to me to write.
Q:What are you working on now? A:I just got a gig to write music for a video game. It's about a mother ship out in space. The designer asked me for technoid spacy music. He loved my first mock-ups so much that they are the final version for the game now:-)
Q:What kind of people or opportunities are you hoping to find on Berkleemusic? A:Friends that are interested in my creative writing. Thanks, Roman
