Troubleshooting Berkleemusic's Library Resources

In cooperation with Berklee College of Music's Stan Getz Library, Berkleemusic offers online resources to currently enrolled students via the Library Resources link from the student's My Home area.

Some students may experience problems accessing the resources depending upon browser security and privacy preferences. Instructions are provided below that should allow all currently enrolled students seamless access to the resources.

Safari

Go into "Preferences," choose "Security" and set "Accept Cookies" to "Always."

Firefox

Go into "Preferences">"Privacy" or "Tools">"Options">"Privacy" depending on your version and check the box that says: "Accept cookies from sites."

Internet Explorer

Go to Tools, select "Internet Options," choose "Privacy" and set the privacy to "Medium."

Note: If you have any ad-blocking software installed, please make sure it is turned off while trying to access the library resources.
