Can I opt out of emails if I am a student?

No. Students enrolled in a course or program with Berklee Online must be opted in to receive all email communications. Most communication between Berklee Online and its student body is conducted in this manner.

The various emails keep students up to date on:

  • Changes to existing courses and programs
  • New courses and programs
  • Exclusive deals and offers from our industry partners available only to Berklee Online students
  • Other important announcements

In order to ensure all students are kept up to date on the happenings of the online school, students must be opted in to emails.

Can I buy Berklee Press products from other online retailers or local book stores?

Yes, you can purchase our titles from any of these retailers:

How do I log in?

Each time you visit our site, you must log in to access your Berklee Online account. Go to online.berklee.edu and click on the “Log in” link at the top right of your screen. Then, enter your email address and password. Click the “Log in” button and you will be logged in.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the log in page. A new password will be generated and emailed to you. After logging into the site with this new password, you may change it to whatever you would like. To change your password, click on your name at the top of the screen and select “My Account.” On the “My Account” page select “Change Password” and follow the instructions.
